Attending it were officials of the Central Committee of the Red Cross Society of the DPRK and officials concerned and members of the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Present there on invitation were diplomatic envoys of various countries and staff members of various embassies and those of missions of international organizations here.

Activities of the said organizations were introduced at the event.
