Noting that the concrete tamping of the Ryongrim dam at the Huichon Power Station was finished in a matter of 700 days, the article elaborated on the fact that soldiers of the Korean People's Army worked an unprecedented miracle by completing in the main the huge project in two years through their heroic drive, the construction which would have taken more than 10 years at an ordinary pace.
