Decision on Holding World Conference on Juche Idea Hailed in Britain

Pyongyang, May 19 (KCNA) -- The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy released a joint statement on May 14 in support of the decision of the 13th enlarged meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Institute of the Juche Idea.

It is of very weighty significance to convene a world conference on the Juche idea next year marking the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung, founder of the immortal Juche idea, the statement said, adding:

We are sure that the world conference will make a significant contribution to commemorating the Day of the Sun in 2012 with splendor.

The conference will mark an important occasion in activating the study and dissemination of the Juche idea and further promote the unity of the progressive humankind aspiring after independence.

We will widely introduce the world conference in Britain and attend it with greater success in the study and dissemination of the Juche idea.
