International and national referees of the DPRK participated in the course, which was held at Kim Il Sung Stadium, divided into theoretical and practical workshops.

The course dealt with the role of referee and sub-referee, game tactics and analysis, and physical training method of referees.

Another FIFA course for refereeing supervision took place on May 16 and 17.

The courses were undertaken by FIFA lecturers Azimi Abdullah, Mohamad Rodzali Yacob and Ahmad Khalidi Supian.
