Attending it were personages of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism, the General Kim Jong Il Peruvian Amicable Institute, the Peruvian Association for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Comrade Kim Jong Suk, the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland), the Peruvian Communist Party, the Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for the Study of Juche Songun Policy, the Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea and the said university and masses.

Present on invitation were the ambassador and staff members of the DPRK embassy in Lima and a delegation of the Social Scientists Society of Korea.

Speeches were made at the seminar by Roberto Carbonel Peso, president of the Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for the Study of Juche Songun Policy, and other personages.

They stressed that the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and enriched by General Secretary Kim Jong Il is the man-centered idea and it has been briskly studied and disseminated in many countries and regions.

They said that many revolutionaries and people of the world struggling for national independence and sovereignty regard the Juche idea as their guidelines.

They said that the DPRK has turned into a genuine people's country where everyone leads a worthwhile life as master of the state and society and a powerful country where the sovereignty of the country and the dignity of the nation are reliably defended by the Songun politics as the great Juche idea has been thoroughly embodied in all realms of social life.

They underscored the need to make full preparations for a world conference on the Juche idea to be held in Pyongyang in April 2012.
