The course took place at Kim Il Sung Stadium and Yanggakdo Football Stadium, divided into theoretical and practical workshops.

Football coaches from various sports teams and teachers of juvenile sports schools participated in the course. The course dealt with the system of football match, offense and defense tactics, physical training methods and medical treatment.

Adeshir Pournamet, a lecturer of the AFC, gave a lecture at the course.
