Brazil Succeeds in Preventing Crimes

| Pyongyang, May 20 (KCNA) -- Brazil's Rio de Janeiro state recorded in March the lowest murder rate in 20 years, according to a report released on Monday by its Public Security Institute. There were 374 murders in the state in March, down from 492 in the same period last year. The number of victims of violent crimes fell 23.1 percent. |
