The Ministry of Foodstuff and Daily Necessities Industry, the Ministry of Machine-Building Industry, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Land and Marine Transport, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Land and Environmental Conservation are helping farms settle their issues in a responsible manner while lots of public officials are giving sincere helping hands to farmers in their immediate farm work.

Officials and other working people in various provinces are also sincere in helping farmers.

At least 40 000 more people than those involved in the same period last year are joining farmers in transplanting rice seedlings everyday in South Hwanghae Province.

A sharply increasing number of people are giving effective helping hands to farmers in North and South Phyongan, North Hwanghae Province, North and South Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces.
