The work, published on June 19, Juche 84 (1995), clarifies the idea that priority should be given to ideological work to successfully accomplish the socialist cause and the basic mission of this work is to model the whole of society on the socialist idea.

It also stresses that the ideological work should be conducted in principles and method suited to the intrinsic requirements of socialism.
