The U.S. and the south Korean puppet military plan to stage the first marines combined exercises in areas around Paekryong Island, the paper said, warning the U.S. against triggering off any other trouble on the Korean Peninsula.

A little time after former Japanese Prime Minister Hatoyama started pushing ahead with the establishment of the "East Asian community" last year the "Cheonan" sinking case was occurred on the Korean Peninsula and timed to coincide with this, Hatoyama stepped down from his office and all foreign strategies of Japan turned right, toward the U.S., the paper said.

The U.S. is now pouring much more military and political resources into the Korean Peninsula and it can fake up any incident once it deems necessary to tide over difficulties in East Asia, it added.

It appealed to the international community to heighten vigilance against the U.S. plot.
