Ibrahim Mantu, co-chairman of the international preparatory committee for commemorating the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung and chairman of the Nigerian preparatory committee, referred to the fact that actions are being briskly conducted on a worldwide scale to significantly commemorate the centenary of birth of the President. He stressed the need for Nigeria to join in this work.

The meeting adopted an action program of the committee for holding such events as remembrance meeting, round-table talks, seminar, photo exhibition and film show on the occasion of the Day of the Sun in 2012.
