Iran Accuses US Forces' Presence in Middle East

| Tehran, May 26 (KCNA) -- The minister of Defense of Iran in an interview with a news agency on May 23 accused the U.S. forces of their presence in the Mideast region. He contended that the U.S. and western countries are trying to transform the region to an arms stockpiles center for their own. The Middle East will never experience peace in presence of the U.S. troops, he added. He said that the U.S. propaganda against Iran is aimed to divert the public attention away from its military intervention in the region. |
