The meeting reviewed the committee's activities for last year and discussed its action orientation for this year.

Juha Kieksy, chairman of the committee, said that the Juche idea has been recognized as the eternal guiding idea for the human cause of independence for its scientific accuracy, originality, great vitality and invincible might.

General Secretary Kim Jong Il is wisely leading socialist Korea with the original Songun politics, an embodiment of the Juche idea, the chairman said, adding:

We will conduct the study and dissemination of the Juche idea on a wider scale.

We are sure that the Korean people will bring about a decisive turn in building a great prosperous and powerful nation and certainly achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The Juche idea followers in Finland will fully support the Korean people's cause of justice.

The meeting adopted a statement in support of the decision of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Institute of the Juche Idea on holding a world conference on the Juche idea in Pyongyang on the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung.
