Jose Manuel Galego Montano said the CPC and the WPK with the long friendly relations are always standing in the same trench of the struggle against the U.S.-led imperialists.

Choe Thae Bok said that the Communist Party and the people of Cuba displayed again, through the CPC Congress, their will to foil the U.S. imperialists' vicious blockade and defend the socialist cause to the last.

The WPK and the Korean people will as ever extend full support and encouragement to the CPC and the Cuban people in the struggle to defend the gains of the revolution and achieve the prosperity of the country, he said.

The militant comradeship and friendship between the two parties and two peoples forged in the joint struggle for independence and socialism against imperialism will be everlasting, he added.
