His visits to the two islands clearly indicate that the puppet forces' scenario to spark new armed provocations with these areas as bases and ignite a war of aggression against the north, taking advantage of them, is becoming a reality as the days go by.

With no rhetoric can the puppet forces conceal their reckless intention to trigger off the second Yonphyong Island incident with the above-said islands as a theatre and escalate it into a war of aggression against the north.

Not content with the ceaseless war maneuvers being staged by puppet warmongers in the West Sea, the guy called prime minister in plain clothes was busy inspecting those islands to agitate military provocations and a war of aggression against the north though troops of both sides are standing in the most acute confrontation in the waters off them. The reality clearly proves that the inter-Korean relations have been driven into such total collapse that they can hardly be repaired entirely because of the reckless moves of the puppet warmongers to realize the ambition for aggression against the north in collusion with outside forces, prompted by their extreme hostility towards fellow countrymen.

The DPRK National Defence Commission explicitly clarified the principled stand that it would no longer deal with the Lee group of traitors but launch a nation-wide all-out offensive to put an end to its moves to escalate the confrontation. The Korean People's Army never makes an empty talk.
