The group barred a delegation of the South Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration from visiting the DPRK.

This action of the Lee "government" foiled the contact among compatriots from the north and the south and overseas sides planned to discuss the joint commemorations of the 11th anniversary of the historic June 15 joint declaration, the statement said.

The joint declaration is a landmark for national reunification as it indicates the principles and ways to solve the reunification issue by the Korean nation itself and the commemorations of its publication anniversary are an event for preserving and implementing this historic declaration, it stressed.

Nevertheless, the Lee group totally denied the joint declaration and brought the inter-Korean relations to rupture and, not content with this, is laying a stumbling block in the way of the June 15 reunification event this year, the statement charged.

Wrath of all Koreans at the Lee regime is sky-high, it said, contending that the separatist forces should face due punishment by history.

It called on all Korean residents in Japan to turn out as one in the struggle to implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, invariably keeping them as the banner of independent reunification.
