S. Korean Regime Accused of Its Slander against DPRK
Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- The DPRK people have expressed their resentment against the south Korean regime of traitors after the spokesman for the General Staff of the Korean People's Army released a statement exposing their heinous anti-DPRK provocation.

Pang Kwan Bok, a general of the KPA, in an interview with KCNA recalled that the south Korean regime instigated military hooligans to set up a target slandering the supreme dignity of the DPRK and fire at it. The criminal act is the culmination of confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north, a hysteric act throwing all the Korean people into consternation, he said, adding:

The KPA will never pardon the traitors for their provocation and take revenge on them a thousandfold.

The KPA does not feel any need to negotiate with the traitors. It is the KPA's will to punish them by force of arms.

Kim Jin Bom, a vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, said the DPRK army and people are fully ready to deal a heavy blow to the traitors and urged the south Korean regime to make an official apology to the Korean nation.

Kim Won Ho, a councilor of the Secretariat of the C.C., the Democratic Front for the Reunification of Korea, urged south Korea's conservative regime to immediately punish those mainly responsible for the provocation.
