The commentary recalled that Lee held a ceremony of awarding writs of appointment to five candidates for new ministers defying the opposition of different circles.

To appoint as ministers those who got failing marks from the people due to lack of morality and professional knowledge is little short of the behavior of Lee who disregarded the warning served by the people in the past by-election, it charged.
