Human Rights Abuses against Reunification Champion Slammed in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, June 7 (KCNA) -- South Korean Christians and members of the Solidarity for Progress staged a protest in front of Seoul prison on June 2 against the authorities' violation of rights of Rev. Han Sang Ryol, a reunification champion. They accused the prison authorities of putting Rev. Han to all sorts of persecution in a solitary prison cell encircled by steel net. This should be halted at once as it is a serious human right abuse, they demanded. |
