Present there on invitation were the Vietnamese delegation led by Pham Tat Dong, chairman of the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association, and Le Quang Ba, Vietnamese ambassador to the DPRK.

Jon Yong Jin, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who is chairman of the DPRK-Vietnam Friendship Association, and teachers and children of the DPRK-Vietnam Friendship Kyongsang Kindergarten were on hand.

The participants enjoyed an art performance given by children.
