Kim Jong Il's Work Carried by Nepali Newspaper

Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The Nepali newspaper Arpan on June 3 carried the first part of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's work "On Preserving the Juche Character and National Character of the Revolution and Construction."

The work, published on June 19, Juche 86 (1997), says that it is of fundamental significance in carving out the destiny of the popular masses to preserve the Juche character and national character and that this matter was not properly dealt with in the preceding theory.
