Present there were personages of the Lahore Branch of the Pakistan-Korea Friendship Association, the Pakistan Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, the Pakistan Organization for Afro-Asian People's Solidarity, the Pakistan Trade Union Federation and the Pakistan Peasants Committee and other Pakistanis.

The decision was read out at the meeting to be followed by speeches.

Speakers highly appreciated the feats President Kim Il Sung performed by founding the Juche idea and successfully embodying it in the Korean revolution, stressing the significance and importance of the commemoration of the centenary of his birth.

They expressed their determination to widely introduce the greatness and feats of the President and General Secretary Kim Jong Il among broad strata of Pakistanis on the occasion of the significant day and hold colorful political and cultural events by various forms and methods.

An appeal to the Juche idea study organizations and progressive people in the world was adopted at the meeting.
