Present there on invitation were Ri Ryong Nam, minister of Foreign Trade, Ri Yong Chol, vice department director of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Mun Jae Chol, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as chairman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association, and others, diplomatic envoys of various countries and representative of international organizations here.

Staff members of the Russian embassy were on hand.
