The president of the Bangladesh People's League praised Kim Jong Il as a peerlessly elder statesman who has led the WPK to one victory after another with matchless political caliber.

The chief of the French Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Songun Idea spoke highly of Kim Jong Il who has turned the WPK into the most powerful one, a mass one enjoying absolute support and trust from the people and a mother party taking care of the fate of the people in a responsible manner.

The chief of a branch of the Ethiopian Youth Study Group of the Juche Idea arranged a reading session on Kim Jong Il's work "The Workers' Party of Korea Is the Party of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" at which he said that the WPK has powerfully encouraged all the Korean people in socialist construction and positively mobilized the young people for it.
