The south Korean authorities recently committed such hideous hysteric provocation as letting military hooligans set up even targets hurting the supreme dignity of the DPRK at various drill grounds and fire at them, he said, and went on:

I join all the Korean people in expressing on behalf of the followers of the Juche idea all over the world the towering resentment at the unheard-of hysteria of the south Korean authorities against the DPRK.

The south Korean authorities should apologize to the Korean nation for this reckless act and give official firm assurances against the recurrence of the similar case.

They should behave themselves, bearing deep in mind that if they fail to do so, they will certainly face all-out military retaliatory actions of all the infuriated servicepersons and people of the DPRK and bitter denunciation by humankind.
