The spokesmen for the DPRK National Defence Commission and the General Staff of the Korean People's Army issued statements in connection with the fact that the Lee group's moves to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK have reached an extreme phase.

As the statements pointed out, traitor Lee brought the inter-Korean relations to total collapse though they had favorably developed since the publication of the June 15 joint statement and is kicking up an unprecedentedly reckless confrontation racket against the DPRK, the statement noted, and continued:

The Lee group has cooked lies, whitewashed its misrule, hamstrung the efforts to achieve national reconciliation and unity and built artificial barriers in the way of peace and prosperity, driving the inter-Korean relations into an incontrollable catastrophe.

The Korean Peninsula can never be in peace even a moment and the improved inter-Korean relations are unthinkable as long as Lee keen to hurt compatriots, backed by the U.S., is allowed to stay in power.

The only way out for the nation is to dethrone Lee Myung Bak.

The association will conduct a dynamic struggle to judge the group of traitors.
