Kim in the message expressed belief that the DPRK-Russian friendly and cooperative relations with long history and tradition would continue to grow stronger in conformity with the common interests and desire of the two peoples.

The message wished the president and the people of Russia new success in their efforts to realize social and political stability of the country and modernization of the economy.
