Ouster of Those Responsible for Bedeviled Inter-Korean Relations Urged in S. Korea

Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) -- The Group of Sit-in Strikers for Independent and Peaceful Reunification in south Korea held a rally outside the puppet Ministry of Unification on June 9 in demand of dismissal of the anti-reunification maniacs, who pursue the policy of confrontation with the DPRK while denying the June 15 joint declaration.

A resolution, read out at the rally, said it is deplorable that the south-north relations have been driven to uncontrollable catastrophe by the Lee Myung Bak group.

Possibilities and opportunities were created enough to restore the relations thanks to the sincere efforts of the north, but the authorities turned them down, it pointed out, saying that such "government" cannot but be called a group of immoral persons and traitors.

Minister of Unification Hyon In Thaek and Minister of Defense Kim Kwan Jin in particular are chiefly responsible for the bedeviled south-north relations, it said.

The south-north relations can never be settled as long as such guys crying out for confrontation and war are allowed to stay in office, the resolution said, demanding that they be dismissed without fail.
