The Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand in its statement on June 9 said that the history of his party leadership is a sacred history in which he has developed the WPK into an invincible steel-strong party.

It expressed firm belief that the Korean people would build a thriving socialist nation and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche at any cost as they hold him in high esteem as general secretary of the WPK.

The Group for the Study of Kim Jong Il Juche Idea of Democratic Congo in its statement on June 10 spoke highly of Kim Jong Il's exploits performed in leading the party building, adding that the Korean people have grasped through their experience the immutable truth that only when they follow Kim Jong Il can they win victory and glory, happiness and prosperity.

His reelection as general secretary of the WPK at its conference in September 2010 was an expression of the firm conviction and will of the Korean people to uphold his leadership forever, it stressed.
