Earthquake Hits Indonesia

| Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- A 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit eastern Indonesia on June 13. The epicenter was 178 km southeast of North Sulawesi Province. A quake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale hit Sumatra island of Indonesia on Tuesday. The aftershock struck at 10:01 a.m. (0301 GMT) with the epicenter at 22 km southeast of Tarutung. |
