No sooner had the joint declaration been published than it enjoyed absolute support by the whole nation, it noted.

It hit out at the Lee Myung Bak regime for openly committing anti-DPRK confrontation acts while blocking the implementation of the joint declaration.

The more desperately the Lee regime tries to escalate confrontation with fellow countrymen, the deeper the declaration will be enshrined in the hearts of the people, the commentary said, calling upon the people from all walks of life desirous of peace and reunification to wage a vigorous struggle to implement the joint declaration.
