Puerto Rico, Ukraine Call for Release Cuban Patriots

Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- The Puerto Rico Committee for Solidarity with Cuba recently sent a protest letter to the U.S. president demanding the release of five Cuban patriots detained in the U.S. prison.

Terming the U.S. judgment against the Cuban patriots unreasonable, the letter urged the U.S. to set them free at an early date.

Meanwhile, a signature campaign calling for the release of the Cuban patriots was conducted in Ukraine. It was attended by 40,000 personages of different social standings, a report said.
