Japan's Moves to Keep Cluster Bombs Exposed
Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- Japan's base moves to keep internationally banned cluster bombs was disclosed, stirring up a furor, the Japanese Mainichi Shimbun said on June 16.

Quoting WikiLeaks, the newspaper said the Japanese government conferred with the U.S. government on the issue of keeping cluster bombs of the U.S. forces in Japan after the international treaty banning the use of cluster bombs was signed.

This has brought to light the Japanese government's double-faced attitude to rely on the cluster bombs of the U.S. forces despite its outward opposition, the paper added.
