Speakers at the press conference accused them of kicking up a row while staging what they called an anti-terrorist drill in the place where citizens were on a sit-in strike critical of the environmental pollution.

They held that such rash action was aimed at browbeating the citizens raising a just demand as regards the environmental pollution by the U.S. forces.

Any attempt of the U.S. forces to gloss over the environmental pollution would entail irrevocable consequences, they warned.
