Torrential rains, which started on June 3, have forced the relocation of 120,000 residents and toppling of 2,470 houses in the province, according to the provincial flood control and drought relief headquarters on June 17.

A total number of sufferers are 2.09 million.

The province is taking emergency steps to heal the damage.
