It goes on to say:

The Lee Myung Bak group of traitors is talking about "human rights situation" in the DPRK, but this is aimed to undermine its single-minded unity and system.

Some time ago, the Lee group committed the target case, an unpardonable political provocation that hurt the dignity of the DPRK's leadership. It is now working to enact the "north Korean human rights act", the second target case. Not content with this, it went the lengths of declaring such action is for undermining the socialist system, which the people in the DPRK defend at the cost of their lives.

This is the worst provocation that can never be overlooked.

It is clear we can never deal with those who make desperate efforts to hurt the dignity, sovereignty and socialist system of the DPRK.

It is ridiculous for the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors to wait for "emergency situation", a pipe dream.

The Korean people keep tabs on all the treacherous crimes by the Lee group. The Korean nation's sacred struggle for national reunification will not only lead to the territorial reunification but the exercise of just judicial power to bring to the trial of history all the traitors who committed huge crimes against the nation and mercilessly punish them.
