The authorities of the south Korean Ministry of Unification and the Judicial Affairs Department are openly calling for the passage of the act through NA in June. The coteries of the "Grand National Party" and other human scum are joining them to build up public opinion.

This is the last-ditch effort of the south Korean puppet group who is driven to a tight corner of serious ruling crisis due to total failure of home and external policies, misrule and stalled inter-Korean relations.

The conservative authorities and the GNP are trying to railroad the "act" which they have failed several times so far. This shows the reckless phase their moves for confrontation with fellow countrymen have reached.

A great historical turning point for national prosperity and development is being provided in the DPRK. Much upset by this, the south Korean puppet group is leaving no means untried to justify their moves of confrontation with fellow countrymen and extend their stay in power.

Working as puppets of the U.S. without its own opinion and political principle the group is set to infuse the American view on value into the DPRK, not content with stuffing their brains with it. This is a height of folly.

Korean-style socialism centering on popular masses has already fully displayed its advantages, solidity and invincibility and the army and people of the DPRK are valuing socialism, their own option, more than their destinies.

The south Korean puppet group is slandering the socialist system in the DPRK, citing "human rights issue" as part of its anti-DPRK campaign. This is a disgusting act of the illiterate.

It has seriously violated the dignity and independent rights of people and their elementary rights to existence, reducing south Korea to a land with the world's poorest human rights record.

The puppet group should stop its fascist suppression and violation of rights of south Koreans and immediately roll back the policy of confrontation with the DPRK.
