The two armies learned from each other, swapping counter-terror skills and tactics during the training, said Hou Shusen, deputy chief of general staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

"They had not only obtained good training results but also promoted the mutual understanding and trust between them, as well as consolidated and developed the traditional friendship between the two countries," Hou added.
