They include Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist), the New Communist Party of Britain, the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain (Marxist-Leninist), the Socialist Labor Party of Britain, the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association and the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea.

In a joint statement on June 16 they said Kim Jong Il's wise leadership over the WPK in the past clearly proved his distinguished leadership ability.

The June 15 joint declaration, a landmark of Korea's reunification, opened a new era of independence, peace, reconciliation and unity in the Korean Peninsula, it said. It expressed positive support for the WPK and the Korean people in their efforts to reunify the country independently and peacefully under the uplifted banner of Songun.

The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in a joint statement on June 15 said it is thanks to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il that the WPK is throwing its rays as a model of all the world revolutionary parties striving for independence and socialism.
