China Calls for Training Talents

Beijing, June 21 (KCNA) -- Talents are core competitive forces of the state and training of talents is an important duty of the ruling party, Li Yuanchao, member of the Political Bureau and the Secretariat of the C.C., the Communist Party of China and head of its Organization Department, said at a seminar.

The People's Daily sponsored the seminar on the party's new ideology on the development of talents in the new century on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of China.

Li Yuanchao called for establishing the outlook on the talents in the direction of promoting scientific development and successfully implementing the strategy of building a country of talents.
