Work Posted on Internet Website of Peruvian Organization

Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship on June 12 posted on its Internet homepage the full text of general secretary Kim Jong Il's work "The Workers' Party of Korea Organizes and Guides All the Victories of Our People".

The work, published on Oct. 3, Juche 79 (1990), clarifies the idea that the party's leadership provides a decisive guarantee for the victory of the socialist cause. It also expounds the issue of strengthening the WPK into the revolutionary party of Juche type and the basic ways of carrying out the mission and duty of the party as the leading political organization.
