S. Korean Authorities Hit for Avoiding Settlement of Registration Fee Issue

| Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- Various organizations in south Korea had a press conference on June 20 to denounce the "government" authorities for avoiding the fulfillment of the commitment to halve the school registration fee, south Korean KBS reported. They included the Federation of University Students in the 21st Century and the Network for Registration Fee. It is improper that Lee Myung Bak has refused to settle the registration fee issue, one of his campaign commitments, they charged. They vowed to continue large-scale rallies and candlelight protests, urging the authorities to fulfill the commitment. |
