Each country has its own national history, customs and cultural heritage, and it should carry forward them generation after generation through building of national culture.

Giving precedence to education is of weighty importance in encouraging the rising generations to turn out in the effort for building a new society with the pride of their countries' history and culture and their nations' superiority, traditions and heritage.

National nihilism and flunkeyism should be rejected.

Not a few countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America have admirable ancient culture. If any country falls into nihilism without seeing its national superiority, this will lead it to flunkeyism and dependence on outsiders.
