China Takes Steps for Preventing Flood Damage

| Beijing, June 28 (KCNA) -- The Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the central group for guiding activities to build advanced basic party organizations and help its members become good members in a recent notice called upon the party organizations and leading party members to take the lead in the drive to prevent flood and recover from its disasters. The notice underscored the need for the party organizations at various levels to regard it as the primary duty to ensure the safety of the popular masses with a high degree of political responsibility and for the leading party members to play the role of vanguard. |
