Iran's Commander on Ineffective Enemy Plots against Iran

| Tehran, June 29 (KCNA) -- Chief of Staff of Iran's Armed Forces Major General Hassan Firouzabadi reiterated that the hegemonic powers' threats and plots against Tehran will not affect the Iranian nation's drive for progress. He said this in an interview with a newspaper recently. The hegemonic powers have frequently sought to overthrow the Islamic system but failed each time as the culture of defense and resistance foiled their plots, he said. He stated that the Iranian nation has stood up to the threats and conspiracies of the global arrogance. |
