DPRK book, photo and handicraft exhibitions were held in Bulgaria and Mexico, a film show in South Africa and a book and photo exhibition by the Secretariat of the Pan-African Movement.

Displayed were works of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, photos on their exploits, books and photos introducing the DPRK and handicrafts associated with the creative wisdom and talents of the Korean people.

Films shown included "Fireworks for a Thriving Nation" and "Pyongyang at Night".

Opening ceremonies were attended by personages and masses in those countries.
