Ground Broke for Memorial Hall of CPC Party Congress

| Beijing, June 30 (KCNA) -- A ground-breaking ceremony of the construction of the Memorial Hall of the 4th Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Shanghai, China on July 24. The congress held from Jan. 11 to 22, 1925 recorded an important page in the brilliant history of the CPC as it proposed the issue of the leadership of the proletariat in the democratic revolution and that of the worker-peasant alliance for the first time in the party history. The hall covering 3,100 square meters is expected to be open before the birthday of the republic next year. |
