The written protest accused the agency of mulling introducing gunships under the pretext of "clearing the people of fear" and "deterring provocation".

The plan is aimed to foster military conflict between the north and the south of Korea and push the situation to the brink, it said.

It called for an immediate stop to the moves to spend huge taxes collected from the people for purchasing war hardware.
