Attending the seminar were chiefs and members of Juche idea study organizations of Democratic Congo and teachers and students of the university. The organizations included the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Group for the Study of Kim Jong Il Juche Idea, the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of University of Kinshasa, the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of the Working Citizens' Association and the Youth Group for the Study of the Juche Idea.

Present there on invitation were the ambassador and staff members of the DPRK embassy in Kinshasa.

A report and speeches were made at the seminar in the wake of an opening address by Kamwiziku Octave, chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea.

The reporter and speakers noted that Kim Il Sung founded the man-centered Juche idea and successfully embodied it in the revolution and construction, thus providing the Korean people and the world progressives with the most precious ideo-theoretical wealth.

Korean-style socialism is characterized by the single-minded unity of the leader, party and masses and the fact that the whole country has turned into a big harmonious family and the Juche character and national character have been thoroughly preserved, they stressed.

They said that the validity and vitality of the Juche idea founded by Kim Il Sung have been firmly guaranteed and more strikingly demonstrated thanks to the Songun politics of leader Kim Jong Il.

The centenary of birth of the President is a holiday common to the progressive people the world over, to say nothing of the Korean people, they said, stressing the need to intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea and the activities for solidarity with the Korean people so as to significantly greet the world conference on the Juche idea.

A letter to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the seminar.
