The message said that Venezuelan people are now significantly celebrating the bicentennial independence day after making achievements in the struggle to protect the sovereignty and peace of the country and build a just society for the working masses in recent years under the leadership of President Hugo Chavez Frias.

It wished the Venezuelan foreign minister greater success in his work, expressing belief that the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two peoples would grow stronger with each passing day in the struggle for independence against imperialism and for global peace.
